What is a Meal Tracker?
Meal trackers, sometimes called a food diary or journal, typically allow you to record your daily and weekly meals and then break it down by calories, fats, carbohydrates, and proteins.
This meal tracker also includes a section for tracking daily water intake as well!
There are many mobile apps designed for diet tracking, but I prefer paper versions that I can keep in my bullet journal (BUJO).

How Can a Printable Weekly Meal Tracker Help?
Writing down habits, goals, dreams and keeping track of what you wish to create in your life can have a very positive effect!
For one, keeping a weekly food diary can not only help you track your diet, it helps you identify patterns in your eating habits.
For example, you may find yourself binging if you haven’t drank enough water for the day or falling asleep after high carb meals.
For two, writing everything down you wish to track and keeping it all in one place makes it much easier to go over and track everything!
You can view weight-loss, goals, habits and appointments with much greater ease in a bullet journal or planner than if you had a separate app for tracking it all.

How to Use This Printable Weekly Diet Tracker
Fill in the date at the top right of the sheet in the “Week Of” section.
Under the “Meals Consumed” section for each day of the week, there is a “B”, “L”, “D”, & “S”. These are the sections where you will track your Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & a Snack.
The next section over allows you to track intake of up to 8 glasses of water per day, and has 8 water icons for you to circle or cross out as you drink.
This meal tracker template also allows you to track calories for each meal, as well as macros (protein, carbohydrates and fats) you may be tracking!
Feel free to use only the sections you need.
