Chemicals and toxins have no business being in your body. We get enough of these from the air, household cleaners, car emissions, and things used in building materials every day, etc. etc.

As I was awakening, I was told to “Bring out the best foods and bring out the best.” Obviously, the Universe stole this line from Best Foods Mayonnaise, but I got the message loud and clear.

When our bodies are laden with chemicals and pesticides from non-organically grown foods we are sluggish, tired, and have a hard time thinking clearly.

This makes it extremely hard to hear or receive messages from the Divine.

The #1 Argument against Eating a Healthy Organic Whole Food Diet

When I first started, I was extremely reluctant to pay the price for organic food at the supermarket.

As I was awakening I began watching a British television show called, You are what you eat.

It was this show that helped me believe Divine Magic’s message of eating organic whole foods. The show helped me squash some common misconceptions about food.

The woman on the show did the math to show those undertaking a healthier diet that healthy foods are not necessarily more expensive.

Yes, an organic apple is slightly more expensive than its bug spray laden counterpart.

But a pound of apples is much cheaper than a bag of brand name cookies. And while we’re on the topic, would you take a shot of bug spray into your mouth with each bowl of salad you consume?

When I thought about it this way, I got a little queasy at the thought of what I’d unknowingly eaten my whole entire life, and never gave a second thought.

This made me start paying attention to the way I felt after each meal. As I ate whole organic foods, such as fruits, vegetables, beans, and nuts – I was able to hear, feel, and sense much more during my mindfulness meditation sessions.

My brain was calmer, and I had much more energy!

In fact, one PMS fueled night, I broke down and ate a bunch of non-organic cookies and chips. About fifteen minutes later, I was meditating and listening for Divine guidance as I usually do.

It started to come through with a voice and then got very garbled like my antennae suddenly tuned to the wrong frequency. I quickly thought, What is going on?

As soon as I thought this, a voice started to say it was the cookies and chi… And then, I heard nothing.

This sucked, because I really needed help that night for a health scare I was having.

I had polluted my sensitive antennae, or physical body from being able to pick up the pure Divine light of Spiritual guidance.

This got me realizing just how far I took myself away from my own inner intuition and spiritual assistance as I polluted my body with not only pesticides, but alcohol, nicotine, and pharmaceutical chemicals.

I overindulged so much that I’m amazed I survived it!

So, what does a healthy, whole-food organic Psychic diet consist of?

A whole food is simply any food found in nature that has been minimally processed. Things such as raw fruits, vegetables and nuts qualify as whole foods.

Organic foods are foods that haven’t been sprayed with pesticides that kill bugs.

Although the doses are small, they accumulate in our bodies over time. They wreak havoc on our moods, organs, hormones, and energy levels.

They disrupt our sleep, central nervous system, and glands.

Organic whole foods are nutrient-dense and help your body, brain, organs, and hormones work at their maximum potential.

What you eat affects your mood as well. Without eating these types of foods, we feel sluggish, depressed, and out of balance.

Pesticides and Processed Foods are NOT on the Psychic Diet

Over-processed foods that are full of chemicals and pesticides usually provide little to no nutrients (or fuel) to run the body efficiently.

Over time, they age our bodies, cloud our judgment, and make us feel weak. The best foods are full of nutrition and are easily processed by the body.

They are foods that have bright vibrant colors and raise our levels of spiritual and psychic awareness.

Strengthening our intuitive abilities considerably…

Without them, I could not do what I do and feel as great as I do while doing it.

The Psychic Diet for Developing your Intuition

Organic fruits/vegetables –

Try to lean towards vegetables more than fruit to help in maintaining a healthy weight which assists in dis-ease prevention, self-confidence and mood.

Also, if you can find locally grown varieties, these have an added benefit to your health.

Consuming fruits/vegetables as close to being picked as possible retains more nutrients.

Organic beans/legumes/nuts/sprouts –

We eat a lot of beans in our home. Beans are extremely high in protein and fiber, yet relatively low in carbohydrates.

Protein and fiber keep you full longer, and foods low in carbohydrates help you maintain a healthy weight.

Nuts are full of protein, fiber, and the good types of fat.

Healthy fats such as those found in coconut oil, olive oil, avocados, and nuts – are essential for a properly functioning brain.

Organic dairy –

I, like a lot of people, have an allergy to milk, but not all dairy products. Dairy processed with cultures and enzymes work well with my digestive system.

I choose organic varieties of yogurt, cottage cheese, kefir, and string cheese to help my body get all the calcium it needs.

I choose plain organic Greek yogurt whenever it’s available and add my own raw organic honey (Raw Organic’s Brand 100% Pure Raw Honey – Organic All Natural Sweetener) to the top of it.

Then I add organic walnuts, blueberries, oats, or whatever I have on hand to the top.

Organic meat/eggs/wild-caught fish –

I find great deals on organic beef, chicken, and eggs at my local Costco, as well as my local supermarket.

I’m not a huge fan of fish, because I don’t believe you can find a completely organic version. (Maybe farmed varieties, although I’ve never seen them).

Therefore, it’s best to find wild caught fresh varieties from a clean water source.

Organic herbs for cooking –

I’ve been able to find every herb I’ve needed to make delicious meals from my local supermarket.

Seasonings like basil, chili powder, paprika, and oregano all have organic varieties.

You can also find many varieties, like a 10-pack of McCormick Gourmet Organic Herbs & Spices online.

Final Thoughts on Eating a Healthy Organic Whole Food Diet to Strengthen Psychic Abilities

So, back to everybody’s favorite argument for changing their diets – too much money.

If you do a food budget and add up just how much you’re spending on pre-made meals, fast food, takeout, and your favorite energy drinks or coffeehouse lattes, you’ll see organic whole food is usually comparable or even much cheaper than this.

Once I cut out my favorite vanilla Frappuccino/day and my 5-hr energy/day, I already had an extra $150 – $180 dollars per month!

I’ve switched to organic green powder (Garden of Life Vegan Green Superfood Powder – Raw Organic Perfect Whole Food Dietary Supplement) and organic protein powder (Garden of Life’s Organic Vanilla Protein Powder) for energy instead.

And, I still cheat once in a while and buy organic cookies. Just as delicious, but made with organic ingredients, instead of the chemically dense versions.

In fact, from the time I switched to an organic diet to now, many big brand companies have come out with organic versions of popular snacks.

I’ve found organic Tostitos, Doritos, and versions of Oreo cookies. I’m amazed and proud at how many companies are doing this.

The cookies won’t be great for your waistline (or be nutrient dense), but won’t throw you out of sync when eaten for special occasions!
