What is a Habit Tracker?

Habit Trackers are a printable worksheet that you fill in with habits you want to implement or avoid in your life (like no caffeine, nicotine, sugar, etc.).

You then track each habit daily, weekly or monthly. It is super helpful to see how well you’re doing creating new habits or cutting bad habits on an at-a-glance habit spreadsheet!

How Do I Use a Habit Tracker?

Most habit trackers are pretty straight-forward and easy to use. To use your habit tracker spreadsheet, simply fill in the spaces provided for the habits you want to track (or drop).

Then, each day you complete your habit you want to track, or stay away from, you color in or check mark the space provided.

As you track your habits, it is super easy to see areas in your life that need improvement!
