These green smoothie recipes for weight loss are so easy, and I highly recommend using a high-speed blender for smoothies! I don’t peel cucumbers or de-seed anything with my Vitamix.

My Top 3 GREEN SMOOTHIE Recipes for WEIGHT LOSS
1. Easy Green Smoothie Recipe for Weight Loss (So smooth and delicious, you’ll forget it’s helping your waistline!)
- 1 Medium Banana (In my experience, a banana hides just about any bitterness from veggies you add)
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/3 Avocado (Adding too much avocado makes the smoothie have a weird texture in my opinion)
- 1 teaspoon Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder (Or more to your liking. If you’re sensitive to caffeine, try 1/2 teaspoon)
- 1/2 cup Baby Spinach Leaves, Kale, or whatever greens you have on hand.
- 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple (Pineapple is my favorite ingredient to add in my green smoothie recipes for weight loss)
- 2 teaspoons Organic Ground Cinnamon (Cinnamon is incredible for sooo many things! I save money by buying in bulk…)
- 1/2 to 2/3 cup Organic Almond Milk
- Make it a Meal Replacement Green Smoothie by adding one scoop Organic Vanilla Protein Powder (This is by far my favorite brand! Pea protein, NOT gritty, zero weird aftertaste, and makes me feel amazing after drinking!) This, however, can make the smoothie quite thick. So I prefer to add half a scoop.
Put all ingredients in your Vitamix or Blendtec, start slowly and work your way up to high for 60-90 seconds. Pour and drink with a Reusable Smoothie Cup and Wide Straw, and you’re set!

2. Green Detox Smoothie Recipe for Weight Loss (Many of these foods are taken from the Medical Medium Liver Rescue book, which I loved!)
- Half an Apple (Any more than this and your smoothie will taste like apple sauce.)
- 2 Cups Organic Frozen Pineapple
- 1 Inch of Ginger Root or Organic Ginger Powder
- 2 Stalks of Celery
- 1 Small Handful of Parsley (Parsley can be a bit bitter, play around with the amount until you love this detox green smoothie too!)
- 1 Cup Green Grapes
- 1/2 to 2/3 Cup No-Sugar Added Orange Juice, or Water
- 1/2 Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- Make it a Meal Replacement Green Smoothie by adding one scoop Organic Vanilla Protein Powder (This is by far my favorite brand! Pea protein, NOT gritty, zero weird aftertaste, and makes me feel amazing after drinking!) This, however, can make the smoothie quite thick. So I prefer to add half a scoop.

- 2 Tablespoons Organic Golden Flaxseeds
- Juice from 1 Organic Lime
- 1/2 teaspoon Organic Spirulina Powder (An incredible superfood with a vibrant green color that I pretty much add to every smoothie when I have it on hand!)
- Make it a Meal Replacement Green Smoothie by adding one scoop Organic Vanilla Protein Powder (This is by far my favorite brand!
