You may suddenly decide your marriage or other relationships are no longer serving you. You may crave completely different fresher foods. You may also be disinterested in making small talk with others.
Many people struggle with identity and not knowing who they truly are anymore.
That said, there are things you can do to make the transition smoother.
Taking small steps towards achieving your goals is important; even if progress is slow, it can still be beneficial in the long run.
Baby steps still get you there!
Additionally, it’s important to stay connected with your support system throughout this process, even if they haven’t spiritually awakened.

Loss of meaning in everyday life can be a difficult and confusing experience. We long for our true “home” or the euphoria of our initial awakening back.
It may feel like nothing has any purpose or importance anymore, leaving you feeling hollow and unfulfilled.
However, it is important to remember that there are always opportunities for growth and exploration, even in the most mundane moments!

Difficulties in Adjusting to New Realities
When you experience a spiritual awakening, your entire worldview can be altered in an instant. During my Bizarre Spiritual Awakening, I was privy to other timelines, worlds, and angelic messengers.
This was all very euphoric and mind-blowing, but then I was dropped right back into daily life.
Ugh! To say this was a drag is putting it very mildly!
Even if you were expecting a shift, it can still be difficult to integrate the changes into your existing beliefs and daily activities.
It’s normal to feel overwhelmed as you try to process and adjust to the new realities of your life. You’ve changed, but your friends/family and outer world haven’t.
This adjustment period can be especially challenging if there are no people or resources available that understand and support your journey.
The best way to cope with these feelings is by taking things slowly…
I always say, “Believe in more, but see what’s right in front of you.”
Clean your home, clear out clutter, do the dishes and laundry, play with your kids and pets! Make yourself feel good now! Be happy now instead of wondering what the future holds for the New Earth.
Don’t force yourself into any situations that make you uncomfortable—instead, focus on building healthy habits like mindfulness practices, journaling, and setting small goals each day that will help ground you while adjusting to your new reality.
This is the part of your ascension process where you implement what you learned during your spiritual awakening process.
Do the work!
Additionally, having a supportive community of like-minded individuals who have gone through similar experiences can provide invaluable guidance during this time.
You may find a like-minded community of people at yoga or meditation classes, or on a Meetup group.
Remember that even though it may seem daunting at first, this period of transition is an opportunity for growth and expansion.

You may find yourself questioning your identity or feeling like things no longer make sense in the world around you.
You may find it difficult to connect to others, especially those who have not awakened.

It’s important to remember that these feelings are also very normal and part of the process. Start by acknowledging your emotions and giving yourself permission to feel them without judgment.

Finally, consult a mental health professional if you find your emotional symptoms are simply too much for you to handle!

Remember, there is no shame in seeking help for the difficulties in life!
Coping with the Challenges Associated with a Spiritual Awakening
Coping with the challenges associated with a spiritual awakening can be difficult.
However, it is important to remember that you are not alone in this journey and that help is available.
As stated above, a great first step is to connect with other people who have gone through similar experiences.
This could be done by joining an online forum or a support group in your local area.
Additionally, reading books on spirituality or attending workshops can help you gain insight into the process and identify strategies for coping.
It’s also important to take care of yourself physically and emotionally during this time. Make sure to get enough rest, eat healthy meals, exercise regularly, and engage in activities that bring you joy.
Finally, don’t forget to practice self-compassion during this challenging time – it can make all the difference!
Seek Out Support from an Experienced Spiritual Teacher or Guide
Finding support from an experienced spiritual teacher or guide can be extremely helpful when navigating the challenges associated with a spiritual awakening.
It is important to find someone who is knowledgeable and has experience in this area, as they can provide insight and guidance that you may not have access to otherwise.
If possible, it is best to look for someone who has gone through a similar process themselves, as they will be able to relate to your experience with greater understanding.
Additionally, seeking out guidance from someone who has been trained in spiritual practices can provide valuable advice on how to work through any roadblocks and find peace.
Overall, having a teacher or guide by your side during this journey can make all the difference as you discover yourself in new and unexpected ways.
Utilize Online Communities for Support and Insightful Discussions
It can be difficult to find someone in your local community who has experienced a spiritual awakening, but luckily there are plenty of online communities that offer support and helpful insights.
These online forums provide a safe space to discuss the issues you’re facing while also connecting with like-minded individuals who may have gone through similar transformations.
Participating in these conversations can give you clarity on your own experiences, as well as providing an outlet for venting and asking questions.
Additionally, many of these communities are full of resources that can help guide you through the process.
Utilizing online communities for support and insightful discussions is an invaluable tool when feeling lost after a spiritual awakening.
Achieving Clarity After Spiritual Awakening
When we’re feeling lost after a spiritual awakening, it can be difficult to find our way back to clarity and direction.
During these times of disorientation and uncertainty, it’s helpful to take a step back and focus on Grounding Yourself Spiritually.
Taking time for self-reflection to ask questions of spirit can help you find your life purpose and peace once again.
Additionally, try engaging in activities such as yoga or Mindfulness Meditation that allow your body and mind to relax.
If you don’t get your questions answered from spirit in a clear way, write them down so that you can ask again in another mindfulness meditation session.
This will help put yourself into a calmer state of being so that you can better process what has happened.
Restoring Balance Through Meditation, Yoga, Journaling, or Other Mindfulness Practices
Restoring balance during times of upheaval and confusion can be difficult.
However, meditation, yoga, Spiritual Journaling, or other mindfulness practices can help you find your way back to clarity and inner peace.
These activities allow us to take a step back from the chaos and focus on our breath or body movements with the intention of calming our minds and bodies.
Through this, we can gain perspective and clarity that will help guide us through the uncertainty.
Additionally, these activities are great for reducing stress levels and restoring equilibrium in our lives.
So if you’re feeling lost after a spiritual awakening, try engaging in some form of mindfulness practice to help restore balance in your life.
And I cannot stress making contact with nature often, enough!
Developing Self-Awareness and Personal Responsibility
One of the key steps to navigating life after a spiritual awakening is developing self-awareness and personal responsibility.
This can be challenging, especially when we’re feeling confused or overwhelmed by our newfound insight. Nevertheless, it’s essential for finding our way back to balance and harmony.
Self-awareness involves taking the time to look inwardly and observe our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without judgement or criticism.
For this, I have created a Shadow Work Journal with the help of my spirit guides, based on Carl Jung’s research on the subject.
You can also print a free Shadow Work Journal PDF here! I want everyone to be able to use this valuable journaling tool for self-awareness and inner-child healing, regardless of their ability to afford it! So, this free version is my gift to you!
Self-awareness is a must for spiritual seekers, and also means recognizing our values and boundaries so that we can make conscious choices based on what’s best for us.
Personal responsibility follows from this as it requires us to take ownership of ourselves and follow through with the decisions that we make.
Ultimately, engaging in these practices can help provide clarity during times of confusion, which will allow us to move forward in life with a sense of confidence in ourselves and our path.
Understanding the Nature of Reality and How It Impacts Our Lives
Living in a world of duality can be confusing and scary, especially after a spiritual awakening. It’s essential to understand the nature of reality and how it affects our lives so we can find balance and harmony.
At its core, reality is made up of opposite forces (such as light/dark or good/evil) that must co-exist in perfect balance.
This means that we will experience both positive and negative moments in life; however, it’s important to remember that neither one is better than the other. Our dual nature is simply two sides of the same coin.
The bad things that happen to us are simply an opportunity to learn a lesson.
When we accept this premise, we can begin to recognize how our thoughts, beliefs, and actions affect our present moment experience.
Instead of playing the victim and acting like we are cursed, we can ask better questions like, “We is this [bad] thing showing up in my life?” or “What lesson could I learn from this [bad] experience?”
We can let go of fear and judgement, embracing life with unconditional love for ourselves and others. We can learn to surrender to the flow of life instead of resisting it or trying to control it.
By understanding the nature of reality, we gain perspective on our lives which allows us to move forward with clarity, courage, and grace.
Re-Evaluating Priorities and Goals
When we go through major life changes such as a spiritual awakening, it’s natural to feel lost and self-conscious about our paths.
It can be helpful to take a step back and re-evaluate our priorities and goals.
We can start by asking ourselves what matters most in life. Is it money, fame, or material possessions?
Or maybe there’s something deeper—like your connection to nature, cultivating meaningful relationships, or creating art that brings joy?
Once we understand our true desires, we can create goals that are aligned with them.
It’s also important to stay flexible and open-minded as our lives evolve over time.
We may find that what was once a priority is no longer relevant or useful in the present moment. If this is the case, don’t hesitate to let go and move on to something else.
Finally, it’s essential to remember that each of us is on their own journey and there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to finding meaning and purpose in life.
Take your time exploring different paths until you find the one that feels right for you.
Reframing Your Perspective on Life’s Challenges
Life is full of challenges, and it can be easy to fall into a negative mindset when faced with difficult situations.
However, reframing our perspective on life’s challenges can help us find the silver lining in every situation.
When we look at a challenge from a different angle, it may not seem so daunting.
Instead of focusing on the obstacle itself, try to consider what opportunities or lessons this experience might bring.
It’s also important to remember that hardships don’t last forever – eventually the storm will pass and you will be stronger for having gone through it.
By shifting our focus to the potential benefits of our struggles, we can cultivate an attitude of gratitude and optimism even in times of adversity.
Recognizing that life is full of ups and downs helps us stay grounded during both good and bad times.
Finally, take comfort in knowing that whatever comes your way, you are equipped with the inner strength to handle it.
By reframing your perspective on life’s challenges, you can approach them with courage and resilience rather than fear or despair.
